함께 기도해 주십시요! )
“목숨을 포기할 만큼 고통스러웠지만 .. 나의 어린 아이들을 생각하니 절대로 죽을수 없었어요”
홍수로 순식간에 물이 차올라 7명의 목숨을 앗아간 포항의 지하 주차장에서
14시간의 사투끝에 기적적으로 살아서 구조된 30대 가장의 말이 나의 가슴을 울렸다!
그의 사랑은 기적을 이루었다!
나는 그의 말에서 문득 ..
사랑과 희생의 의미를 깨달았다
벗을 위해 목숨을 바치는 것보다 더 큰사랑은 없다는 예수님의 말씀에서..
그 사랑과 희생은
단순히 죽음을 의미함이 아니라 ..
사랑하는 이들을 위해 삶을 더욱 성실하게 살아야 한다는 뜻은 아닐까 ?
때론..삶이 죽음보다 더 고통스럽다고 느껴질때도 있을것이다!
그러나..
사랑이란..
사랑하는 이들과 삶을 결코 포기하지 않는 것..!!
Love that makes miracles/ Clara's Contemplation
“It was painful enough to give up my life, but I could never die because of my little children.”
Said the father who was found in the underground parking lot of Pohang (a provincial city in South Korea), where water quickly filled up during a flood and killed seven people.
The head of the family in their 30s, who was miraculously saved after 14 hours of fighting underground, touched my heart!
His love made miracles!
During his interview, something hit me...
I realized the meaning of love and sacrifice
Thinking about the words of Jesus that there is no greater love than to lay down one's life for a friend.
The sacrifice with love
doesn't just mean death.
Doesn't that mean that you should live your life more faithfully for the ones you love?
Sometimes.. You will be times when you feel that life is more painful than death!
But..
Love is..
Never giving up on life and the loved ones..!!
