복음의 진리는 바꿀 수 있는 것이 아닙니다. 복음을 있는 그대로, 선포된 그대로 받아들이거나 아니면 다른 것을 받아들이는 것입니다. 복음의 내용을 가지고 협상할 수 없습니다. 복음은 타협할 수 있는 것이 아닙니다. 예수님에 대한 믿음은 협상 카드가 아닙니다. 예수님에 대한 믿음은 구원이자 만남이며 속죄입니다. 편하게 사고 팔 수 있는 것이 아닙니다. 복음은 그리스도께서 우리에게 주신 선물이며 그분께서 당신의 모습을 들어내보이시는 곳입니다. 복음은 우리에게 생명을 줍니다.

EN: With the truth of the Gospel, one cannot negotiate. Either you receive the Gospel as it is, as it was announced, or you receive any other thing. But you cannot negotiate with the Gospel. One cannot compromise. Faith in Jesus is not a bargaining chip: it is salvation, it is encounter, it is redemption. It cannot be sold off cheaply… The Gospel is Christ’s gift to us, He Himself revealed it to us. It is what gives us life.
PT: Com a verdade do Evangelho não se pode negociar. Ou recebes o Evangelho como é, como foi anunciado, ou recebes outra coisa. Mas o Evangelho não pode ser negociar.
