초기 그리스도인들과 초세기 신학자들은 그리스도교 공동체, 즉 교회를 "달의 신비”라고 불렀습니다. 왜냐면 그 달은 빛을 비추지만, 빛 자체는 아닙니다. 그 빛은 그리스도로부터 받았기 때문입니다. 우리 자신도 “달의 신비”가 되어야 합니다. 태양이신 그리스도, 즉 주님으로부터 받은 빛을 다른 이들에게 내어주는 달이 되어야 합니다. 그리고 오늘, 잊지 말고 요한복음 9장을 조용히, 천천히 읽어봅시다. 저도 읽겠습니다. 이 말씀은 저희가 좋은 빛이 되게 할 것입니다.

EN: The early Christians, the theologians of the early centuries, called the Christian community, namely, the Church: the "mystery of the moon". Because it gave light, but was not its own light. ES: Los primeros cristianos, los teólogos de los primeros siglos, decían que la comunidad de los cristianos, es decir, la Iglesia, es el "misterio de la luna", porque daba luz pero no era luz propia, era la luz que recibía de Cristo. También nosotros debemos ser "misterio de la luna": dar la luz recibida del sol, que es Cristo, el Señor. Y no os olvidéis: hoy, tomad el Evangelio y leed tranquilamente, lentamente, el noveno capítulo de Juan. Yo también lo haré. Nos hará bien a todos.

IT: I primi cristiani, i teologi dei primi secoli, dicevano che la comunità dei cristiani, cioè la Chiesa, è il “mistero della luna”, perché dava luce ma non era luce propria, era la luce che riceveva da Cristo. Anche noi dobbiamo essere “mistero della luna”: dare la luce ricevuta dal sole, che è Cristo, il Signore. E non dimenticatevi: oggi, prendete il Vangelo e leggete tranquillamente, lentamente il capitolo nono di Giovanni. Anch’io lo farò. Ci farà bene a tutti.
